Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and simulation challenges

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures for quantum innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics and computational theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published research in quantum information theory or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Demonstrated success in securing federal or corporate quantum research grants
- Experience with machine learning integration for quantum error mitigation
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance pathways
