Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum software stacks for next-gen processors
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Partner with industry leaders to identify commercial applications for quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and computational complexity
- Expertise in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve abstract mathematical problems
- Experience with machine learning applications in quantum contexts
