Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)

- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Q#) and Python
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
