Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026 industrial applications
- Manage team of 5+ quantum researchers and engineers
- Collaborate with NASA, IBM, and MIT on quantum-secure communications
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit 2026
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants
- Design fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics (2019-2023)
- 3+ years quantum algorithm implementation experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
