Responsibilities

- Present findings at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Quantum conferences
- Patent breakthroughs in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with D-Wave, IBM Q, or Rigetti systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Track record of securing federal SBIR grants
- Fluency in quantum cryptography protocols (NIST PQC standards)
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers
