Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Manage a cross-disciplinary team of 15+ researchers
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through federal grants
- Develop commercial applications for quantum supremacy in 2026
- Collaborate with NASA/DARPA on quantum-resistant security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience managing high-performance computing teams
