- Secure government and private funding through compelling research proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum machine learning
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research grants
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
