Qualifications

- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong track record of translating theory to commercial applications
