Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead 15+ member research team across quantum hardware and software domains
- Develop patent-pending quantum error correction methodologies
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum-cloud integration projects
- Present findings at Davos Tech Summit and IEEE Quantum Week
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions in finance and logistics sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ research grants
- Strong knowledge of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
