Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction methodologies

- Drive patent development for novel quantum hardware architectures
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Hands-on experience with superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience managing quantum research teams and multi-million dollar budgets
- Active Q# or Qiskit contributor with open-source quantum projects
