Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with >99.9% fidelity for industrial applications
- Develop proprietary error-correction systems to extend quantum coherence beyond 10ms
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuits for fault-tolerant architectures on superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum computing standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Track record of scaling quantum systems from prototype to production
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
