Responsibilities
- Architect quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead R&D in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Develop quantum-safe cryptography implementations
- Collaborate with NASA/JPL on deep-space quantum communication
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum algorithms
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF quantum funding
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years building fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems
