Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for industrial and scientific applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-correction protocols for 2026-era quantum systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world deployment in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration gaps
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum symposiums
- Drive quantum security frameworks for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
