Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Design error correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum materials research
- Pioneer breakthroughs in quantum annealing for optimization problems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing quantum computing architectures
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
