Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols

- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit scalability and coherence

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
