Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures integrating superconducting, photonic, and topological qubit systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computation beyond 2026 milestones
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead quantum software stack development using Qiskit, Cirq, and proprietary frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces and latency
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (QASM, OpenQASM 3.0)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., QCE, QCS) or equivalent expertise
