Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit, Quil)
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D projects in quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
