Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on next-gen quantum encryption protocols
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create quantum simulation models for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum interfaces
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware languages
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D grants from NSF or DARPA
