Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ and fault-tolerant processors
- Conduct research on topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum architecture or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (cryogenics, microwave control)
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum system optimization
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant standards)
