Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in building hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Create roadmaps for quantum algorithm optimization across finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Establish quantum system benchmarks and performance metrics
- Partner with academic institutions to drive quantum research commercialization
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
