Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies and fault-tolerant system designs
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate quantum solutions into AI/ML pipelines
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography implementations
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum materials and superconducting qubit technologies
- Author technical whitepapers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in superconducting systems or trapped-ion quantum computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals preferred
