Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with fault-tolerant qubit arrangements
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-coherence protocols
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-level problem-solving
- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Document quantum architecture blueprints and performance benchmarks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Published research in quantum computing or related top-tier conferences
- Familiarity with superconducting, ion-trap, or photonic quantum platforms
- Experience with cloud quantum services (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
