Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with >1000 qubit coherence

- Lead R&D on quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into ML pipelines
- Secure patents and publish in IEEE/ACM quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ algorithms
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in C++/Python for high-performance computing
- Security clearance eligibility (preferred)
