Responsibilities

- Establish fault-tolerance protocols and error correction mechanisms for production systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate cryogenic control systems and quantum interconnects
- Create roadmap for quantum advantage in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical simulation frameworks
- Track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
