Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead quantum software stack implementation using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and implementations
- Strong background in superconducting quantum hardware architectures
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and quantum decoherence
