Responsibilities

- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on error correction breakthroughs
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits leveraging topological qubit technologies
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers and physicists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures (IBM, Rigetti)
