Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for 2026-scale computational systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with 100+ qubit stability
- Translate quantum computing concepts into enterprise-grade solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive quantum security protocols to counter emerging cryptographic threats
- Publish research in IEEE journals and present at quantum computing summits
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
