Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen security
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware interfaces
- Research error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum integration in AI/ML workflows
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum software standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong knowledge of topological quantum computing models
