Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Establish quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware integration challenges
- Pioneer quantum error correction techniques and fault-tolerant system designs
- Drive quantum computing adoption through technical whitepapers and industry thought leadership
- Maintain compliance with emerging quantum regulatory frameworks and ethical standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence, error correction, and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, Amazon Braket)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
