Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-corrected architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead implementation of quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for financial institutions
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum hardware compatibility testing
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Experience implementing Shor's algorithm or Grover's search optimization
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum simulation techniques
- Certification in quantum cryptography from recognized institutions
- Track record of securing $500K+ in quantum research grants
