Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, cryptography, and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing frameworks
- Create quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Drive research initiatives in topological quantum computing and quantum networking
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years of quantum computing architecture experience with major tech firms
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Strong background in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or photonic systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in agile environments
- Proficiency in Python, Q#, and quantum simulation frameworks
