Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit entanglement and superposition principles
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum systems to maintain coherence
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers to optimize quantum gate operations
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum algorithms using Python and C++
- Lead quantum cloud integration projects with AWS Braket and IBM Quantum
- Document quantum system specifications and publish research findings
- Mentor junior quantum researchers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Certification in cloud quantum services (AWS/Azure/IBM)
