Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead qubit architecture development and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical models into implementable quantum circuits
- Develop quantum cloud service interfaces for enterprise clients
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks and standards
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics principles
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
