Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our 'Future Leaders' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correction frameworks
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
