Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for industrial-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration

- Collaborate with AI division to accelerate machine learning workflows
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topology
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory to commercial applications
