Responsibilities
- Complete intensive IT training curriculum covering AWS, Azure, and network security fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects
- Participate in rotational assignments across IT departments
- Obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Security+) during training period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates)
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical aptitude
