Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum system integration with classical high-performance computing environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum theory into practical applications
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence challenges in large-scale systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging quantum programming paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
