Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration

- Create performance benchmarks comparing quantum solutions to classical alternatives
- Mentor junior researchers through quantum algorithm development sprints
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize quantum computing applications
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 3+ years of applied quantum algorithm experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of implementing Shor's algorithm or Grover's search in real systems
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) integration with quantum systems
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, or Azure Quantum)
