Responsibilities

- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical models into executable quantum circuits
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Optimize algorithm performance on real quantum hardware and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Lead research initiatives targeting quantum advantage breakthroughs by 2026
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical Python/Julia
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization and noise mitigation techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
