Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for post-quantum security
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines for predictive analytics
- Optimize quantum circuits for error mitigation and scalability
- Lead quantum algorithm research for NP-hard problem solving
- Create quantum software development frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
- Collaborate with hardware team on qubit coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum software engineering
