Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for next-gen AI models
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI hardware accelerators
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor PhD researchers and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
