Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Cirq).
- Mentor and mentor a team of talented data scientists and quantum researchers.
- Translate theoretical research papers into production-ready software pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into broader enterprise applications.
- Define technical strategies for quantum error mitigation and noise reduction.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for quantum software engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, PyTorch) and C++.
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project execution from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
