Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and assembly lines efficiently to meet production quotas.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Perform basic inventory counts and organize stock areas to maintain accurate records.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance staff.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding packaging and shipping.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but NOT required (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read work orders, labels, and technical diagrams.
- Reliable transportation to the Chula Vista facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
