Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly and packaging of products to meet quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished goods for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Load and unload shipments accurately using appropriate safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (we sponsor EB3 visas).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory and quality checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
