Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all safety and labeling requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including regular sweeping and organizing of stock.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for everyone.
- Assist in the sorting and staging of incoming and outgoing materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and operate industrial equipment (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English reading and writing skills (verbal and written).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Eligible to work in the United States (US Work Authorization).
