Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks according to detailed blueprints and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control criteria.
- Operate standard industrial machinery and hand tools with precision and safety.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and safety signage.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Valid identification and documents required for visa sponsorship eligibility.
