Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement complex AI and quantum algorithms optimized for high-velocity data processing and predictive modeling.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for Nexus Horizon, ensuring alignment with industry trends in synthetic intelligence and neural networks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring the intersection of generative AI and quantum entanglement for breakthrough performance.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures to support global enterprise integrations.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering continuous learning within the AI division.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, ethical AI guidelines, and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
