Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines using Python and modern cloud architectures.
- Lead technical strategy for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) integration across the product suite.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI frameworks, ensuring the team leverages the most efficient tools available.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure architectural compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Drive the roadmap for AI infrastructure improvements and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale LLM applications.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data orchestration tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
