- Develop and maintain UX research plans aligned with product roadmaps
- Present research findings to stakeholders through compelling visual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years UX research experience (academic or professional)
- Proficiency with research tools (OptimalSort, UserTesting, Figma, Hotjar)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating research methodologies and deliverables
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible part-time schedule
