Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff and clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks to maintain optimal system performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system.
- Hardware Management: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Remote Assistance: Utilize remote desktop tools to assist users with complex technical problems when on-site visits aren't feasible.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar IT role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
